The breakfast offered many choices. It was excellent!!! i especially loved the assortment of fresh pastries. the gym had modern equipment. I saw three treadmills and several stationary bikes. the room had cozy bed linens. It made sleep so restful.
the street noise was noticeable during the evening.

the location has great access to main points. the service met my expectations. i stayed for several nights. it is one of the finest hotels i have ever enjoyed. the check-in process was seamless. aisha, the director of guest relations, provided a hotel tour.
i noticed some street noise in the evenings. also, the spa seemed smaller than i expected. the takterrassen is not open for all, is only accessible to a suite

Some Issues at This Price Point

I encountered some difficulties . Upon arrival, there were check-in problems. Someone else's luggage was in my room. The staff didn't seem very engaged (i think they were understaffed). Later, i tried to visit the hotel bar but was told it was too busy, twice. The drinks felt overpriced with too much ice, and i felt rushed to order more.
